I found this song when one of my favourite musicians Haley Blais was at a gig and she recc'd this song...so I listened to it...and I liked it! The magic of taste, everybody. It's just a little groovy song that is fun to move your body in time to.
Hi, this is my new favourite thing! I saw some promotion for it last year and I must have pre-saved it on Netflix because this was a lovely surprise last weekend. This show is....so.....MAGNIFICENT. It's a stop motion animation with Japanese audio (there is a dub with Lana Condor but I prefer subs) about a late-twenty-something woman called Kaoru who lives a year in the life with her...bears and bird. They're not her pets, more like adorable roommates. It's not all gush, it tackles being the single one in your friend group, having your pay cut at work, befriending a lonely young neighbour and summoning aliens. I really truly hope a second season is made because this made me so happy. Watch one episode, for me. They're only 15 minutes long and it will improve your life quality 100%. I've talked about the McElroys a million times so far! And I'm going to talk about them again! Because they will never cease to amuse me. I'm here this week to preach a passion project of theirs...Trolls 2. More importantly, getting cast into Trolls 2 purely through badgering their agent and making a podcast about it. It's basically a journey of getting 3 lads into a kids film. 8 episodes have been released so far and each one just escalates each time. Their most recent goal is to get onto the Tonight Show purely because they're all in NYC on one day in October and they just...want...to be on the show. It's good fun, basically twenty minutes each episode. It's so fucking stupid.
This past week I've been doing a series where I recreate cakes and pastry I find on Instagram from local bakers to help support their work! I'm hoping to be recognised in my community for my paper craft and I'm enjoying remaking some cakes!
Another thing I excessively talk about is BA. The edior team at BA are making a new series where they all help to make a perfect pizza. Each pizza component will have its own 40 minute episode. This week the Pizza Dough episode was released and it's just fascinating content. The editors research into different methods, test, visit master chefs and just...make a big ol' pizza. I love it.

Good News
I'm going to London next week to see my old friend from university to see my old old school friend in the new production of Little Miss Sunshine in a theatre I once performed in a few years ago. I love any excuse for a trip and a catchup
