E-Mail #20 Song Covers & HSM
How're doing?
Into the 20's here on E-Mail!
Back at you with some more internet content!
Yes, This is Lucas Cruikshank talking about HSM. Lucas, aka FЯED has been making videos for a good few years now, a lot of them commenting on early 00's pop culture. And I'm a bit hooked. Been watching all his stuff. This video particularly stood out to me due to Sharpay's defence and the exposure of Troy Bolton. It's funny stuff.

Podcast Pitch
Want to listen to a new podcast? I'm here to recommend you a few!
Comedy Bang Bang is a new podcast for me! I was scrolling through a podcast thread on Reddit and saw lots of people recommending the show. I'd heard of it before but had never checked out. The premise of CBB is character work, improv and comedic chatting. I got very excited when I saw that a lot of my favourite comedians have been on it! In particular, I recommend the Parks & Recreation specials (episodes 120, 166, 219 and 336) as they're fun.
Plus the theme song is a banger
Potterless is a podcast I can't remember finding but I absolutely LOVE. It chronicles a grown man reading the HP books for the first time chapter by chapter. Mike Schubert is currently in the early chapters of book 7 at the time of posting, so I suggest you get onboard! Wizard on!
Wonderful! is a wonderful podcast which somewhat inspired E-Mail. Can't praise it enough. Couple Rachel and Griffin McElroy talk about their favourite things with history and facts about said thing! Each episode consists of one Small Wonder and two Big Wonders! It's so varied each week, example being one week Griffin talked about Oreos and Rachel talked about creative writing workshops! It's just a pure good vibe podcast, and you always learn something new! If you want to keep track of what the lovely McElroys have talked about so far, check out Wonderful.fyi
Confessions of a Small Business Owner is a podcast made by my pal Ashleigh! As a female small business owner (SBO) she has conversations with other female SBO's. The podcast covers topics like routines as a freelancer, burning out and networking. It's an informative short listen and It's nice to recommend a podcast from someone I know!
This song came up on my Spotify Discover Weekly this week, and it caught my interest because it's a cover of a song I already really like from Vampire Weekend. The song has a nice sound, and I actually prefer this rendition of it! I can't say no to some simple three part harmony, and I love that soft singing sound.
Okay folks I think that covers it for this week. I know I've posted this late and it's a bit of a short rendition, but I hope you enjoy it.
A reminder to fill out my E-Mail survey! I really want to get some feedback on this thing I'm creating and maybe get some new takeover members!
Peace out!

Good News
I've been pretty social this past week which makes me really happy. Seeing friends, especially old friends who I don't see often enough feeds my soul and makes me appreciate my current surplus of free time a whole lot more.
